Each item of clothing has different wash instructions. Please refer to the care instructions on the garment for best results.

Within 1 day of placing your order, you should have received an email confirmation for your order. If you have not, please contact with your name and the email address used to place your order. 

If an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at within 3 business days of receiving your package. Please include your Order # and which item was missing from your order.

We do not typically restock products. Once a product has sold out it is very unlikely the style will be restocked on our website.

Shipping & Handling

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

Once you have successfully placed an order with Boys Lie, your package will ship within 5-7 business days from your order date (unless an item from your order was specifically noted as "pre-order"). Our team is working diligently to get orders out as quickly as possible! Our office hours are 9am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday.

Once packages leave our facility, they are in the hands of the respective shipping carrier. Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for estimated delivery times. Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers across the globe are experiencing shipping delays. Sign up for text or email updates via the carrier’s website to receive all updates on the whereabouts of your order. 

At this time, we do not offer express shipping. Orders will ship within 5-7 business days after your order has been placed.

Shipping & Handling Charges for domestic orders will be tiered based on order volume. International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination of the package.

**Due to recent supply chain delays and unprecedentedly high shipping fees, our small business has had to adjust shipping fees commensurate with worldwide courier inflation. We thank you for your support and will continue providing customers with the most cost-efficient services possible.

Boys Lie does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and due upon the receipt of your package. 

Due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and ongoing war activities, carriers are ceasing operations in those regions.

Effective immediately, Boys Lie is temporarily unable to fulfill orders shipping into Russia and the Ukraine as we too believe the safety of supply chain workers is paramount. Our hearts are with all whose security has been compromised; we will continue monitoring the situation and hopefully resume service to these regions in the near future.

All orders are shipped using 3rd party couriers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has been packed out stating the courier used.

Once an order has been placed, our system will not allow us to update your shipping address. To change the delivery location of your package, please reach out to the respective courier immediately after you receive shipping confirmation and request that they re-route your package to the correct address.

If your order has been marked as delivered, but you are not able to find it:

  1. Check that the shipping address that you entered at checkout matches your correct location.
  2. Check with your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake. 
  3. If you are still not able to locate your package, please email us at to see how we can help. While we are not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our warehouse, we will do our best to help track down the package for you.

Returns / Cancellations

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to process a cancellation. Once you receive your order, you can visit our Returns Portal to process an eligible return for store credit if you are located domestically. At this time, we do not process international cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
