Order Notice
Please note that due to increased demand and forecasted supply chain and courier delays. We are a small team, and our warehouse team is working diligently to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.
Order Processing & Shipping
Please allow 2–4 business days from your order date for processing. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on FedEx’s schedule. You can track your shipment and view real-time updates using your tracking number.
Customer Support
Our Support Team is available to assist you by email only at support@boyslieofficial.com, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (excluding holidays). Due to a high volume of inquiries, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any modifications. This includes changes to shipping addresses, additions or removals of items, size adjustments, applications of discount codes, or cancellations.
Discount Codes
Only one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined.
Standard Return Policy
For your convenience, customers may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Returns are only eligible for an exchange or store credit issued as a gift card.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items:
- All items purchased at a discounted rate are FINAL SALE.
- Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- International orders
- Accessories and home goods
Order Modifications & Discount Codes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, including:
- Updating shipping addresses
- Adding or removing items
- Adjusting sizes
- Applying or honoring discount codes retroactively
- Canceling an order
Return Conditions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- Hang tags have been removed
- Items are worn, washed, used, or damaged
- Sale Items
