Origin
Boys Lie founders Tori Robinson and Leah O’Malley grew up living down the street, in the same suburban town in Philadelphia. In 2007, they attended different high schools, circled different cliques, and had very different interests. Little did they know that they were fated to become the best friends and co-founders.
TORI WAS RAISED ON ENTERPRISING BUSINESS VALUES,
learning her family business: Keystone Industries, a predominant player in cosmetics manufacturing. She honed her love of drawing, creating, and visualizing at Arizona State Universary.
LEAH WAS ALWAYS NATURAL SOCIAL BUTTERFLY,
With a talent for creating a community very early on. Her upbringing revolved around family, sports and friends. She attended undergrad University of Colorado, and gained a strong background in sales and operations.
AN UNPARALLELED BOND
In the summer of 2016, Tori and Leah found themselves going through the same thing: a big break up with a serious boyfriend.Their exes just happened to be best friends. The girls formed an unparalleled bond, through comfort and support. They also discovered that they completed each other. That singular experience inspired a mantra that turned into the concept for their current business venture.
