Return Policy

For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items, sets, international orders, accessories, and any discounted items or purchases from the Boys Lie Warehouse Site). 
  • Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes (including, but not limited to, address changes, adding / removing items, adjusting sizes ordered, honoring a discount code, cancelling an order, etc).
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. BOYS LIE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS.

 

Domestic U.S. Returns

To begin the process of returning your eligible order, please click the link here.

  • You will then be prompted to select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your return shipping label.
  • For U.S. returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. 
  • You will be given the option to use the credit to “Shop Now” on our online store. If you choose this option you will be given an extra $10 of credit to use immediately for your purchase. If you do not use your store credit immediately to “Shop Now”, the extra $10 of store credit will not be available at a later date. 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for store credit processing upon receiving returned item(s). 
  • Please note, all “Sets” are final sale. 

 

International Returns

All international orders are final sale and are ineligible for a return / exchange. If you had an issue with your international order, please contact our customer service team at support@boyslieofficial.com with your order number. 

 

Important: Duties and/or customs are not included in our prices. The duties / customs fees associated with your order are considered non-refundable by Boys Lie. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a refund.
