Domestic U.S. Return Policy

  • Note: Our Support Team's response; our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST (excluding Holidays). Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes (including, but not limited to: address changes, adding / removing items, adjusting sizes ordered, honoring a discount code, canceling an order, etc). Discount codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order.

  • -PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES.

  • -All items sold at a discounted rate are FINAL SALE.

  • -Our return policy permits returns/exchanges via store credit/gift card within 14 days of delivery. We do not process returns for reimbursement back to original form of payment. 
  • -Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to “Final Sale” items, international orders, accessories, home goods, and any discounted items or purchases from the Boys Lie Warehouse Site). 
  • -Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes (including, but not limited to: address changes, adding / removing items, adjusting sizes ordered, honoring a discount code, canceling an order, etc).
  • -Discount codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order.
  • -Special promotional or discount codes cannot be applied to completed orders. After an order is confirmed, we are unable to refund or honor promo codes.
  • -PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, CONNECTED HANG TAGS AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE HANG TAG IS REMOVED. BOYS LIE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS.
  • -For U.S. returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. 
  • -You will be given the option to use the credit to “Shop Now” on our online store. If you choose this option you will be given an extra $10 of credit to use immediately for your purchase. If you do not use your store credit immediately to “Shop Now”, the extra $10 of store credit will not be available at a later date. 
  • -Please allow 3-5 business days for store credit processing upon receiving returned item(s). 
  • -Note: For inquiries about items purchased directly from our website, please reach out to support@boyslieofficial.com. For items purchased anywhere else, please reach out to the respective third-party vendor’s team for all policy or quality inquiries (including returns, damages, defects, or refunds). 

Damaged Items

  • If you have received a damaged item in the mail, please visit our Returns Portal within 14 days of your order being delivered. Here, you will enter your Order # and shipping zip code to process your return. After entering your reason for return or exchange, a shipping label will be automatically generated for you. 

International Orders

  • -All international orders are final sale and are ineligible for a return / exchange. If you have an issue with your international order, please contact our customer service team at support@boyslieofficial.com with your order number. 
  • -Important: Duties and/or customs are not included in our prices. The duties / customs fees associated with your order are considered non-refundable by Boys Lie. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a refund.
