  • - For orders placed during the holiday season, please note that there are forecasted supply chain and courier delays and our warehouse team is working diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this time.
  • -Please allow 7-12 business days from your order date for your order to process. After that, your delivery date will be determined by our courier, FedEx. Please check your tracking for updates.
  • -Note: Our Support Team's response; our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST (excluding Holidays). Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes (including, but not limited to: address changes, adding / removing items, adjusting sizes ordered, honoring a discount code, canceling an order, etc). Discount codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order.

 

On occasion Boys Lie offers shipping promotions. These promotions may change periodically. Boys Lie ships to most countries worldwide via FedEx for domestic and international packages.

Shipping & Handling Charges are calculated at rates based on starting and ending shipment destinations.

The processing time for online orders is 5-7 business days from your order date, unless otherwise specific as a "pre-order" item. After that, delivery time within the United States is typically 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days Internationally. Couriers are still experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Our office hours are 9am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the US courier to the local courier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, lost or stolen packages, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by the chosen courier and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
