SHIPPING & HANDLING On occasion Boys Lie offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. Boys Lie ships to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages. Shipping & Handling Charges are calculated at USPS rates based on starting and ending shipment destinations. Orders can be tracked at: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm The processing time for limited edition and pre-sale items may take 2-3 weeks. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days Internationally. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. Return Policy

All sales from Boys Lie (boyslieofficial.com) are final. Returns will be offered if it is a direct result of our error such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, etc. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
